Frequently Asked Questions

GENUINE SWAROVSKI TOOTH CRYSTALS & 22K GOLD

NO DRILLS, NO HOLES & COMPLETELY PAINLESS.

How long does it last?
We like to say it lasts as long as you take care of it. It is difficult to give an exact timeframe because, while we use the best tools, products and techniques available, longevity depends on your habits and oral environment. Results can last anywhere from months to years. I have had my current set for four years, and my previous one for eight years. If you open a beer bottle with your teeth, probably about three minutes. But if you are sensible, they last beautifully.

How do you take care of them?
Think of it like having acrylic nails. You just need to make small adjustments. You now have something bonded to your tooth, so be mindful. Cut food into smaller pieces, avoid biting directly into hard foods, and if possible chew on the opposite side.

Does it hurt?
Not at all. Having us working inside your mouth can feel slightly uncomfortable, but the process is quick and completely painless.

Is it safe?
Safety is our priority. We are extremely passionate about correct and responsible application. Every appointment includes an assessment of your anatomy, and we would never apply anything unsafe or unsuitable for your teeth.

How does it work?
The process is similar to having brackets fitted for braces. Instead of metal attachments, we bond Swarovski crystals or 22k gold pieces using professional dental-grade materials.

How long does it take?
No more than 20 minutes from start to finish, depending on your design choice and technician.

What materials do you use?
We use only the highest quality materials. This includes 22k yellow and white gold pieces, genuine lead free Swarovski crystals, and professional dental products. The mouth is a constantly wet environment, and anything less than the best will deteriorate quickly.

Is it permanent?
The application is semi permanent and can last a long time. If you decide you no longer want it, your dentist or hygienist can remove it easily during a routine scale and polish, leaving no damage to the tooth.

Can it be applied to false teeth?
Yes. Over the past year, we have developed a specialised technique that allows us to apply tooth jewellery to veneers, crowns and other false teeth.
Due to the materials involved, we cannot guarantee the same longevity as applications on natural enamel. However, we have had excellent results and are very happy with how these applications are performing.
Please note there is a €40 surcharge per tooth for false teeth applications. This reflects the specialist products used and the advanced skill required for this technique.

How much does it cost?
Prices start at €60 for a single crystal and €200 for gold pieces.
Please note that all card payments incur a 20 percent VAT surcharge.
